We’re proud to share the publication of our Skills4Living Pilot Evaluation Report, capturing the journey of the programme from its conception to through the pilot phase in Greater Manchester.
The report highlights the difference Skills4Living is making for young people, with evidence showing improvements in confidence, resilience, community connection and peer-to-peer support. It brings together learner voices, partner insights and early data to show how essential life skills education can strengthen both wellbeing and opportunity.
Key highlights include:
- Over 1,000 learners engaged across 11 providers during the pilot
- 90% of participants said they could apply what they learned
- Growth of the Peer Champion network, with learners supporting and mentoring their peers
- Strong demand from providers to expand the programme nationally
This report is an invitation to partners, funders and educators to join us in building a system where every young person leaves education with the tools to thrive in life as well as work.
